Purchaser's Obligations Advertising/Billing Production: Sound and Lighting
Annexed to and made a part of contract dated _______________________ , 200___ Between: RICHARD STREET (hereinafter "ARTIST") And: _______________________________________________________________ (hereinafter "Purchaser")
This rider will become part and parcel of the contract and must be signed by the purchaser or contract will become NULL AND VOID.
Purchaser to provide the following at no expense to ARTIST:
1.	Professional Private Dressing Rooms with locking facility as follows: Large mirrors, clothes rack, iron & ironing board, seating for 5 people, 10 large towels, room to be well-lit, private bathroom with hot & cold running water. Upon arrival: orange juice, apple juice, soft drinks, mineral water, hot tea & coffee, lemon, milk & honey & fruits, crackers, ice + 1 x bottle of White Zinfandel wine. After show: 1 case of beer.
2.	On-stage: 10 small towels & 10 small bottles of mineral water.
3.	No part of the show may be taped, filmed or reproduced or otherwise recorded without written prior approval of ARTIST.
4.	In the event the show is not presented because of inclement weather the ARTIST must still be paid in full, provided ARTIST is ready to perform at the designated time as specified in the CONTRACT.
5.	All show Billing must read: RICHARD STREET - 100% lead singer of - 75% THE TEMPTATIONS ’71-‘95 - 100% NOTE: See separate “billing page”
6.	ARTIST will not appear with any other artists without prior approval.
7.	INDEMNITIES: Purchaser agrees to indemnify ARTIST for any claims and liabilities arising out of, or resulting from Artist’s services.
8.	Any and all attorney’s fees resulting from Purchaser’s breach of contract will be borne by Purchaser.
ALL TERMS OF THIS RIDER ARE ACCEPTED BY THE PURCHASER UNLESS THEY ARE WAIVED BY ARTIST AND INITIALED. FAILURE TO SIGN RIDER WILL BE CAUSE TO CANCEL THE ENGAGEMENT.

PRODUCTION: SOUND & LIGHTING RIDER
1.	Purchaser to provide professional Sound & Lighting company with experienced Technicians.
2.	Purchaser to insure Sound & Lighting company receive all pages of the Sound & Lighting rider at least 10 days prior to any performance.
3.	Sound & Lighting company Technicians to be in possession of all pages of the Sound & Lighting Rider for the duration of the engagement.
4.	Equipment substitutions of any type must be agreed with the Artist/Artists’ Personal Manager or Production manager a minimum of 7 days prior to any performance.
LIGHTING
	3 x Follow Spotlights & Operators with “headset” radio communication to the Lighting Director. 30 x “Par Can” (minimum) of overhead & front/side lighting with selection of basic colors. Lighting Desk & Operator with “headset” communication to Spotlight Operators for Lighting Direction.
	NOTE: i) Blue, Purple or green “spot” type lighting must not be used on the ladies faces at any time. ii) Strobe lights or Smoke machines to be used only as directed. iii) Lighting desk to be placed “in-house’ for best possible sight vision of on-stage performance.
