VICIOUS CYCLE came to birth when founding member/lead singer Mike Edmonson
"aka" Cherokee of Shattered Dreamz was approached by many promoters and fans who saw his southern rock band Shattered Dreamz and suggested he search for the final keys for a Skynyrd project.
It was evident by the responses Shatterd Dreamz received for paying tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd in their sets that they decided it was time to form one of the best Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute bands.
So came the birth of VICIOUS CYCLE.
The members of VICIOUS CYCLE have all opened for many national acts such as Lizzy Borden, Robin
Trower, ZZ Top, The Godz, Fair Weather, Tyrant, YNT, Pat Travers, The Birds, Bad Company, The White, Dickey Betts & Great Southern
Band, The Outlaws. Molly Hatchet/Gator Country, GrandFunk RailRoad, Edgar Winter Band,
SteppenWolf, The Guess Who, Joan Jett & The Black Hearts, and Eddie Money.
VICIOUS CYCLE takes pride in paying tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd and it shows in each and
every one of their performances. Every member of VICIOUS CYCLE has 30+ years each in the music business.
